First blog but not first day

The story of our Layla began over a year ago. Although the real story about the beginnings of our "plan" began several years before that. We will review some of these stories in the coming weeks. For now, we will attempt to catch you up with some text and pictures as we also gain experience at being bloggers.

Layla in the slings following sea trials during the survey and headed back "on the hard". Within in a couple weeks Layla became a member of the family (October 2010). Pretty neat birthday present for Richard huh?
